Refectocil Oxidant 3% Creme Peroxide is a stabilized Cream developer especially formulated to be used with Refectocil Eyelash & Eyebrow Tints.

Recipe for mixing tint is 1/4″ tint and 2-3 drops of peroxide at a time – mix to a creamy (Frosting Like) consistency and apply to brows and lashes. Size: 3.38 oz Approximately 300 applications per bottle for $18.00.
