SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped from our Delray Beach Distribution Center within 24 hours.

We ship FedEx Ground within the United States. Orders shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses are sent U.S Postal Service Priority Mail, C.O.D. service is not available with USPS Priority Mail shipments, nor can we ship orders containing flammable products or aerosols via USPS. Orders with flammable products to international destinations are shipped via FedEx. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Next Day Delivery is available, we ship FedEx overnight. All next day orders are required to be paid by credit card because of the additional shipping charges. Please call for a ship quote as only flat rate ground shipping fees appear on website when checking out. No C.O.D’s available on overnight air shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY

Tracking will be provided to the customer as soon as it is available for Items that are shipped via FEDEX / UPS.
Larger items will require a truck freight shipment. Please keep in mind that with truck shipments they may have extra charges for use of lift gate, call ahead sevice, residential delivery, and other shipment add-ons. Call CBS Beauty Supply for more information @ 954-594-3035.
Most items will require a signature of acceptance; please ensure someone will be available to accept the shipment.
Free Shipping is only available to  Commercial Business Addresses(Not Residential) in the continental United States and must be above $8,500.00
All Free Shipping items are curb side “no frills” delivery and must be unloaded of off the truck by customer. Please call for lift gate, call ahead, residential delivery, and other shipment add-ons.
Damages For Salon Equipment / Furniture
CBS Beauty Supply must be notified of damages within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Charges may occur after 24 hours. The customer is responsible for reviewing the items received to ensure they are in good condition.  If you have received a damaged shipment, please take photos of the damages and sign the freight paperwork as “subject to inspection” or “damaged”. If received correctly and noted on the freight bill, CBS Beauty Supply and or Manfacture ordered from will correct damages incurred in shipment by repairing or replacing the affected parts to ensure customer satisfaction, may be subject to additional charges for resolution.

Return Policy For Salon Equipment / Furniture
All merchandise returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee only if the item was a stock product and shipped from CBS Beauty Supply and not from manufature. If the product was upgraded in any way such as vinyl color etc to make it a custom order then there are no returns, refunds or cancelllations at all. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to original manufacture it shipped from. Items must be returned in original packaging within five (5) days from receipt of delivery. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required when returning merchandise. This number may be obtained by contacting CBS Beauty Supply at 954-594-3035. The RAN number must be noted on the delivery ticket, otherwise, the merchandise delivery will be refused.
NO RETURNS ON LAMINATED CABINETS OR CUSTOM MADE EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE. Custom made items include but are not limited to equipment or furniture where color selection is required to place an order.
Product Warranty On Salon Equipment / Furniture
Pibbs, Salon Ambience, Takara Belmont, Belvedere, AYC provides a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Manufacture (Not) CBS Beauty Supply at its own discretion, will repair or replace any item purchased within the 1 year period from date of purchase. Defective equipment will need to be returned to Manufacture shipped from for repair. Damage due to customer error may be subject to additional charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory. Please contact us at 954-594-3035 for repair/replacement information.

DUTIES, TAXES INTERNATIONAL

Customer is liable for all duties and taxes, not CBS Beauty Supply.

BACKORDERS

Unfortunately, we may be out of an item. CBS Beauty Supply ask that you please re-order it. If back order is over $50.00, CBS Beauty Supply will automatically put on back order and ship out when the product comes in. We will pay all standard FedEx ground charges on any product that is not required additional ship charges such as Salon Equipment, or any other product which is specified in description of product saying that additional ship charges required. CBS Beauty Supply will not ship out orders that were previously placed with C.O.D.’s, only when paid by credit card. All international orders will have to be reordered.

SALES TAX

All Florida residents are required to pay 7% sales tax, unless Resale Tax Certificate is on file with signature at CBS Beauty Supply in our possession. Every year we need a copy of current certificate.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT & PAYPAL

When paying by credit card we will need the actual name as it appears on the card. We also need the account number as well as the expiration date & 3 digit CV2 code on back. Please provide the actual billing address of where your actual statement for the credit card is mailed to (your house address, business address, or P.O. Box). Then we will need the actual shipping address where you would like your products to be shipped

(Please Note-We verify all billing addresses on credit cards).

For any first-time domestic order, this must ship to the billing address only as it appears on your bank credit card billing statement. After this first domestic order we can ship to any address you like.

For all international orders, they must ship to PayPal verified address on your PayPal account.

RETURNS, DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS

CBS Beauty Supply wants you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased; we realize that sometimes you may change your mind on a product that you ordered and wish to return that product. Please make a copy of your original invoice along with the products you are returning, send them back either FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please make sure this is packed good and your package is insured with a signature required. If we receive merchandise that is broken upon receiving, you will not receive any credit. Make sure your items are packed good internally.

Missing items – should be called in within 24 hours of receipt of shipments, anything after this will not be acceptable. Please make sure to look through all the packaging, as when we pack little items usually in a padded envelopes. Peace of mind, we have 2 people that double check orders before they ship your package.

Damages – should be called in immediately at time of Fedex delivery and noted with the carrier that the box is damaged before signing for anything. If the box or boxes are damaged at time of delivery this has to be brought to the carrier’s attention at time of delivery, not after. This way if products are damaged internally, it will already be noted on the carrier’s report. Without this information, CBS Beauty Supply cannot guarantee anything to be replaced if we are not able to make an insurance claim on the packages you have received. Truck shipments with cartons visibly damaged on outside of cartons need to be documented on bill of lading before signing it. If this is not done while the carrier is there delivering there will be no way to make a claim after driver has left and customer will not be able to get replacement on damaged products from carrier and or CBS Beauty Supply.

Returns – There are no returns on Acrylic Liquids, Acrylic Powders, Nail Drills, Nail Bits, Facial Machines, Massage Beds, Pedicure Whirlpool Spas, Skin & Spa Equipment, Styling Chairs, Barber Chairs, Airbrush Guns, Airbrush Makeup Machines, Autoclaves, Nail Tables, Facial Skincare and Cosmetics. There are no returns or exchanges on any Barber clippers, trimmers and shavers if a item is used, only new and unused. There are no returns on any parts for Microdermabrasion Machines, such as replacement handpieces, filters or diamond tips. There are no returns on any parts for Whirlpool Pedicure Spas such as pumps, motors, remote controls. There are no returns on any parts for Facial and Massage beds such as bolsters, pillows, Arm rests, Motors for beds or Remote controls for beds. All parts for these items specified here are special orders and shipped directly from manufacture and CBS Beauty Supply does not stock or inventory parts for any Skincare machines, Microdermabrasion Machines, Massage tables, Skin Equipment, Whirlpool pedicure spas so this is absolutely no returns or exchanges on parts. If an item is being returned, the item must be in original manufacturers box as it was received and must be in good condition to be re-sold to the consumer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are for store credit or exchange only. Please note – customer is liable for all shipping charges to and from Manufacture & or CBS Beauty Supply for warranty or replacement parts, not CBS or Manufacture. We are not in the shipping business; we are in the supply mail order business. Manufacture warranty’s products but cannot warranty shipping expenses to and from.

SPECIAL ORDERS (MERCHANDISE NOT IN STOCK)

Any order that is drop shipped or special ordered from another manufacturer shipped either to CBS Beauty Supply or the customer requires a 100% payment in full before any order placed or delivered. There are absolutely no returns, exchanges, or store credits on any special ordered merchandise.
Any products paid in full by phone or online website and held by distributor CBS Beauty Supply or manufacturer where goods were ordered and paid for in advanced have limited warehousing of 120 days storage holding. Then after the products are property owned by either CBS Beauty Supply and / or the manufacturer ordered from. There are absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds after 120 days and considered abandoned and disposed.

EXPORT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped either Fed-Ex Air or Freight Forwarder depending upon the sizes and contents of order. Payment must be made by credit card, Bank Money Wire Transfer or pre-paid. There are no COD’s.

Any products purchased via internet website or verbal phone orders from Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply being shipped to a private person or commercial business internationally is the responsibility of the consumer, not Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply to know all the laws of importing merchandise into their country. The individual consumer needs to know if certain products need permits or have any other restrictions or prohibited for products being imported to their country from the USA to them. Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply will not be held liable for this. If Fed Ex, the freight forwarder or any other carrier as well as customs refuses this product into the recipient’s country the products will then either be destroyed by customs or the carrier or be returned to Cosmetic Beauty Supply D/B/A CBS Beauty Supply for credit only back to their form of payment. The recipient will be liable for all shipping fees to and from them back to the USA, not Cosmetic Beauty Supply DBA CBS Beauty Supply as well as a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTIES

All Drills have Limited Manufacture Warranties against defects and workmanship from manufacture. All Barber clippers, trimmers and shavers have a limited warranty as per each manufacturers specific policy and can be found in users manual thats provided when you received your new product. Airbrush compressors have a 6-month warranty against defects and workmanship from manufacture. All Facial Equipment such as Facial Steamers, Magnifying lamps, Sterilizer units, Towel warmers, Microdermabrasion machines, Oxygen machines and or any other facial machines have Limited Manufacture Warranties against defects and workmanship from manufacture. All Facial Massage Beds, Massage Tables, Electric Facial Massage Beds and or Electric Massage Tables have Limited Manufacture Warranties against defects and workmanship from Manufacture. (Please not this all based on how a customer has used and cared for the machine and or massage facial table as well). Repairs or Replacement parts will be done by Manufacture only. Any other person not authorized to try to repair something will void all warranties. Replacements on parts or a machine is completely up to Manufacture. Please note – customer is liable for all shipping charges to and from Manufacture for warranty or replacement parts, not CBS or Manufacture. We are not in the shipping business; we are in the supply mail order business. Manufacture warranty’s products, but can not warranty shipping expenses to and from.

All Canada orders ship either Fed Ex air or USPS Post Office Priority Mail International depending upon what is being shipped. All customs, duties or any taxes incurred while clearing is completely liable to be paid by customer, not CBS Beauty Supply.

Additional shipping fees will apply to PO boxes, APO or FPO boxes, domestic or international air shipments which will not appear on your internet order when checking out but will be added to order once determined which carrier and ship charges.
