European formula has been developed for all off the scalp lightening, highlights, tipping, frosting, color changes and special effects with natural conditioning components to help restore the hairs natural balance

Mixing Instructions:

Fo an average application, place 4 level scoops of powder into a non metallic bowl and mix with 4 oz to 5 oz of developer blend until creamy smooth.
Use liquid or cream developer, 10 vol. 20 vol. or 30 vol. depending on the degree of lightening desired.
(Use 10 volume cream on relazed, permed or porous hair)
Check development regularly until you achieve the desired level of decoloration.
For best results, use oxsiactivator developer.
DO NOT Shampoo before application.
Shampoo thoroughly after application.
Wear gloves.
