This pedicure spa is made in U.S.A. and it does not require plumbing. This pedicure unit includes the swivel chair top with massage and adjustable reclining back. The chair top has a 6-function vibration massage system with remote control and includes the portable footbath that requires no plumbing at all. The base of this Pedicure chair is also retractable as you can close the bottom when it is not being used.
